Symbraix's local calculator and the optional community website are separate services with different data needs.
Symbraix is designed for local evaluation. The website does not receive expressions, variables or saved calculation files merely because you use the app. A separate community account is not needed to calculate.
If you submit the support form, the name, email, category and message are handled by the site's form service and the site operator for support. Avoid sending sensitive data. A live privacy review must confirm the configured processor, retention and deletion procedures before public release.
When registration is activated, the community will require an authenticated account for posting. Public topics/replies, display names and moderation records may remain visible. Account deletion does not automatically remove forum contributions or support submissions; a coordinated retention/deletion procedure is required.
This release does not activate third-party site analytics. If aggregate analytics are added later, this notice will be updated to describe the actual data and operator.
